The International Watch Company was founded in 1868 in Schaffhausen, in German-speaking Switzerland, by the American watchmaker Florentine Ariosto Jones. The house is known for its pilot's watches and for the Portugieser, born in the late 1930s from an order placed by Portuguese merchants.

How is the authenticity of a IWC piece guaranteed?

What is the delivery time?
Shipping within 10 to 14 working days after authentication, insured door-to-door (UPS, Chronopost). Free delivery for purchases over 1 000 €; personal handover possible in Paris by appointment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Interest-free payment in 3 instalments is offered for baskets up to 5 000 € (subject to eligibility); beyond this, payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
What is the returns policy?
As each piece is unique and authenticated, returns are not accepted except in cases of hidden defect or proven non-conformity. Before any purchase, our advisor will answer your questions, share additional photos, and arrange a video call if you wish (contact@monogramparis.com).
