Every item is analysed by our luxury pre-owned specialists, trained in the specificities of each house.
Entrupy technology
We use the globally recognised Entrupy solution, which analyses micro-details with 99.1% accuracy.
Double authentication
No item is put up for sale without successfully passing our two levels of control.
If a counterfeit is found
If an item is identified as counterfeit during our verification process
No payment
Counterfeit items will not be subject to any payment, regardless of the situation.
Destruction of the item
In accordance with current intellectual property legislation, the item may be destroyed to prevent its reintroduction into circulation.
Filing a complaint
Our legal teams may file a complaint with the competent authorities. The seller may be subject to criminal prosecution.
Reporting
Seller information may be transmitted to the luxury houses concerned and to anti-counterfeiting organisations.
Legal framework
Counterfeiting is a criminal offence punishable by three years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine (article L716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
For repeat offences or organised counterfeiting, these penalties rise to seven years' imprisonment and a €750,000 fine.
