Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern every sale concluded on monogramparis.com by MONOGRAM (SAS). This English version is provided for information; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Request a free valuationOrders and prices
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable French VAT. Each piece is unique: an order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and authentication has been completed.
Payment
Card, bank transfer, or instalments in three or four payments up to €5,000. Pieces above €8,500 are sold through an advisor with a secure payment link.
Delivery and guarantee
Insured delivery in 10 to 14 business days, complimentary above €1,000. Any piece proven inauthentic is refunded in full.
Consignment and buyback
Consignment commission is 25%, 22% or 15% depending on membership. Payment is released within 72 hours of authentication of the piece in our Paris office.
