Ideally: original invoice, box, dust bag, authenticity card (Chanel) or boutique receipt (Hermès), papers and case for watches and jewellery. Failing that, authentication is still possible: our expert firm will then carry out an Entrupy analysis combined with a manual review.

For outright purchases, payment is made within 72 hours after receipt and authentication of the piece. For consignment, the majority of pieces find a buyer in less than 30 days thanks to our qualified buyer base and international network. No advance shipment: your piece remains with you until it is sold.
