Frequently asked questions — Vendre Kelly 28
How do you sell your piece with Monogram Paris?
Submit your piece in minutes via our submission form (photos and condition). Our expert committee will provide you with a free and confidential estimate within 24 hours, then offer you two paths: outright purchase – immediate payment by the Maison – or consignment, to aim for the best market price. Your piece stays with you while it is for sale; once a buyer is found, we collect it, authenticate it, then ship it under our responsibility.
What commission applies?
You freely set your reserve price. The sales commission is 15% for Carte Noire members, 22% for Carte Or, 25% for Carte Blanche, and 30% without a subscription. No enrolment fees, no estimation fees: you are only charged if the sale is successful. Payment is transferred to your account within 48 hours after authentication and dispatch.
Outright purchase or consignment: what is the difference?
Outright purchase is a direct acquisition by Monogram Paris, with immediate payment – without waiting for a buyer. It is offered based on the model, condition, and market demand: not all pieces are eligible. Consignment, on the other hand, allows you to aim for a higher market price: your piece stays with you during the sale, and is only collected, authenticated, and dispatched once the buyer is confirmed.
What should you include with your piece?
Ideally: original invoice, box, dust bag, authenticity card (Chanel) or boutique receipt (Hermès), papers and case for watches and jewellery. Failing that, authentication is still possible: our expert firm will then carry out an Entrupy analysis combined with a manual review.
How long does it take to sell your piece?
For outright purchases, payment is made within 48 hours after receipt and authentication of the piece. For consignment, the majority of pieces find a buyer in less than 30 days thanks to our qualified buyer base and international network. No advance shipment: your piece remains with you until it is sold.
Can I withdraw my consigned piece at any time?
Yes. As long as the piece has not found a buyer, you can withdraw it freely and without charge. No commitment period is required: Monogram Paris is built on a relationship of trust, without constraints.
