Prize draw terms
These general terms apply to all draws and prize competitions organised by Monogram. Each draw has its own details page setting out its specific terms.

General rules
- Entry is reserved for people meeting the conditions stated for each draw.
- One account and one base entry per person.
- Each active Monogram member receives one extra entry, limited to one bonus per member per draw.
- Some gifts may be reserved exclusively for members.
- The winner or winners are selected at random from valid entries.
- No prize is guaranteed: membership grants no entitlement to any particular prize.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner's identity and eligibility are verified before any prize is handed over.
- The winner's response deadline is stated for each draw.
- If no response is received within the stated deadline, another winner may be selected.
- Fraudulent entries and multiple accounts are excluded.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Members' extra entry
The mechanic is deliberately simple: a non-member has one entry; an active member has one entry plus one extra entry. Only one bonus is granted per member per draw.
This extra entry is automatic throughout the membership, with no additional purchase required.
Details of each draw
Each draw has a dedicated details page stating:
- Its start and end dates.
- Who is eligible.
- The prize and its indicative value.
- The number of winners.
- The selection date.
- How the gift is handed over.
Personal data
Data collected for a draw is used solely to run it and hand over the prize. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
