How is authenticity guaranteed?
Each piece is examined by our expert firm (Entrupy AI-assisted analysis, complemented by a manual review for leather goods). Stitching, hardware, markings, date code, and accessories are checked one by one. A Monogram Paris certificate of authenticity is provided to the buyer.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping within 10 to 14 working days after authentication, insured door-to-door (UPS, Chronopost). Free delivery for purchases over 1 000 €; personal handover possible in Paris by appointment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Interest-free payment in 3 instalments is offered for baskets up to 5 000 € (subject to eligibility); beyond this, payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
What is the returns policy?
