Frequently asked questions — Buying a luxury piece
How is authenticity guaranteed?
Each piece is examined by our expert firm (Entrupy AI-assisted analysis, complemented by a manual review for leather goods). Stitching, hardware, markings, date code, and accessories are checked one by one. A Monogram Paris certificate of authenticity is provided to the buyer.
What is the delivery time?
Shipping within 10 to 14 working days after authentication, insured door-to-door (UPS, Chronopost). Free delivery for purchases over 1 000 €; personal handover possible in Paris by appointment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Interest-free payment in 3 instalments is offered for baskets up to 5 000 € (subject to eligibility); beyond this, payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
What is the returns policy?
As each piece is unique and authenticated, returns are not accepted except in cases of hidden defect or proven non-conformity. Before any purchase, our advisor will answer your questions, share additional photos, and arrange a video call if you wish (contact@monogramparis.com).
